Thank you for choosing Big E’s Sports Grill gift cards. These Terms & Conditions apply to all physical gift cards purchased in our restaurants.
Acceptance
Purchase, acceptance, or use of a gift card constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Redemption
• Gift cards may be redeemed for food, beverages, merchandise, and other eligible purchases at any participating Big E’s Sports Grill location.
• Gift cards may also be redeemed for eligible online orders when supported by our online ordering system.
• Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by applicable law.
• Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards unless required by law.
Participating Locations
Gift cards are accepted at all four Big E’s Sports Grill restaurant locations. Participation is subject to change without notice.
Physical Gift Cards
• Physical gift cards are available for purchase at participating restaurant locations.
• Gift cards should be treated like cash.
• Gift cards must be presented at the time of purchase for in-store redemption.
Balances
• Gift cards may be used over multiple transactions until the available balance reaches zero.
• If a purchase exceeds the available balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.
• Remaining balances may be checked in-store or by contacting the restaurant.
Expiration & Fees
• Gift cards do not expire.
• No inactivity, maintenance, dormancy, or service fees will be charged unless permitted or required by applicable law.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Gift Cards
• Physical gift cards should be treated like cash.
• Lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized-use gift cards generally cannot be replaced.
• If the original purchaser provides proof of purchase and the gift card can be identified in our system, replacement may be issued at management’s sole discretion.
• eGift cards may be reissued if they can be verified in our records.
Returns & Refunds
• All gift card sales are final.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
Promotional Gift Cards
Promotional, bonus, or complimentary gift cards may be subject to additional terms, redemption periods, or restrictions. Any applicable conditions will be disclosed at the time of issuance.
Fraud Prevention
Big E’s Sports Grill reserves the right to decline, deactivate, or suspend gift cards obtained through fraud, unauthorized transactions, or misuse.
Limitation of Liability
Big E’s Sports Grill is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards except as required by applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this website and will apply to the extent permitted by law.
